For authors

Book publishing services for authors who want a real publisher.

You finished the book. Now it needs the right publisher, a deal worth signing, and a plan for what happens after launch. We do all three, and we tell you the truth about where the manuscript stands.

See how we work

01 — What's included

Everything between your manuscript and a signed deal.

01

Manuscript assessment

An editor reads the whole book and tells you plainly whether it is ready for publishers, and what to fix if it is not.

02

Proposal and positioning

We build what publishers actually buy on: the positioning, the comparison titles, the audience, the author platform.

03

Publisher outreach

We approach the imprints that publish books like yours, one at a time, with the right editor and the right argument.

04

Deal negotiation

When interest comes, we handle the terms: advance, rights, royalties, timelines. You sign with your eyes open.

05

Editing and cover direction

Developmental edits, copy-editing, proofreading and cover direction, coordinated so the book arrives at its best.

06

Launch and after

Launch planning, reviews and press. Then book two, while book one is still working for you.

02 — Who this is for

This is for you if…

  • You have a finished manuscript and want a publisher, not a printing package.
  • You self-published and the book never found its readers.
  • You are an expert, founder or speaker whose book should open doors.
  • You have been rejected and want to know whether the book or the pitch is the problem.

03 — How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Send us the book

Use the form with your first chapter. We reply within one business day.

02

We read it properly

An editor reads the whole manuscript and gives you an honest verdict in plain words.

03

We build the pitch

Proposal, sample chapters, positioning and a target list of real publishers.

04

We pitch and negotiate

We approach editors directly and handle the deal when one says yes.

04 — Questions

Straight answers.

How long does it take to get a publisher?
It depends on the book and the category. Assessment and the pitch package usually take four to eight weeks, and publisher responses run from a few weeks to several months. You get an update every month either way.
Do I need a literary agent?
No. We do the work an agent would do at this stage: positioning, submission lists, outreach and negotiation.
Do I keep the rights to my book?
Yes. Anything you own stays yours. If a publisher wants specific rights, those terms are in the offer and we go through them with you before you sign.
Can you guarantee a publisher will take my book?
No, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we guarantee is that the book is honestly assessed, properly packaged and put in front of the right editors, with a straight answer at every step.
What does it cost?
It depends on the state of the manuscript and what the book needs. We scope it after reading your sample, quote once, and never add surprise charges. The first conversation is free.
I already self-published. Can you still help?
Yes. Many books we place were published quietly first. We look at the sales history, the reviews and the manuscript, then decide together whether to republish or pitch fresh.
